With 4 million visitors across 10 days, planning your visit time makes a big difference. Here's our guide to getting the most out of your MAHA experience.

10 – 11am
Morning · Recommended

Best for Serious Visitors

Halls are quietest in the first two hours. Ideal for business visitors, exhibitor meetings, and anyone who wants to cover ground quickly.

  • Shortest queues at popular attractions
  • Cooler outdoor temperatures
  • Best time for business meetings
  • Parking is most available
11am – 6pm
Afternoon · Busiest Period

Peak Hours: Plan Ahead

Expect large crowds, especially on weekends and Merdeka Day (31 Aug). Food courts and agrotourism areas will be at capacity.

  • Arrive early or use off-peak parking
  • Book shuttle from MRT to avoid jams
  • Bring water and stay hydrated outdoors
  • Rest areas available in all halls
6 – 10pm
Evening · Family Favourite

Best for Families & Shows

Cooler temperatures, a festive atmosphere, and nightly Laser & Drone Shows at 8:30pm make evenings a magical time at MAHA.

  • Nightly drone & laser show at 8:30pm
  • Food Fiesta at full swing
  • Live cultural performances on stage
  • Crowds ease after 8pm

Pro tip: Plan for at least 2 visits if possible. One morning visit for business and exhibitions, and one evening visit for food, entertainment, and the nightly show. MAHA is vast — a single day rarely covers everything. Weekday mornings (Tue–Thu) offer the best crowd conditions.
